ADVENTURERS

JK & SK

Our Goal is to provide a fun, safe, God centered learning environment, committed to teaching and modeling age-appropriate Biblical truth's that each child can directly live out in their daily life.

The goal of
FBC KID'S COMMUNITY or FBC SUNDAY MORNING LIVE...is to provide a safe loving environment where children find God, explore His word, build relationships, and discover their own God given uniqueness.

Sunday Morning Service for Adventurers:
JK through Grade 5, participate in the first part of the Adult worship service. Before the Message, they are dismissed to their scheduled program. They are introduced to, and experience Biblical Truths by means of story telling, songs, games, creative movement, crafts, object lessons, prayer, discussion and relationship building.

The main curriculum that we use is from Gospel Light. Our teaching is set up in monthly units of study, with the intent, to reinforce the truths, so they will remember God's words, and Hide them in their hearts, equipping them with the tools so they will choose to honor Him with their lives, and become devoted followers of Christ.

Some of our units are:

"What Does it Mean to Be a Christian?"
"Talking to God"
"Prayer"
"God's Word"
"The Bible"
"God's Promises"

Drop-off and Pick-up:
JK and SK's must be picked up by their parents or guardians promptly after the morning worship service. Grade 1's can be dismissed after the morning service with written parental permission.

As a safety measure for all children involved in the Children's Ministries at Faith, we require each child to have a Baseline Data form completed. Please contact the church office and we will email it to you to print and complete and drop it off at the church office.
